There are many ways of becoming a leader. There is no one sure way of becoming a leader. Therefore, you have to be open minded when it comes to leadership. There is no one-size-ts all when it comes to leadership. Never be naïve when it comes to leadership matters otherwise you will be swallowed up by the system. Study and appreciate the dynamics of how one became a leader.
This book attempts to nd the common denominators of the leadership narrative in order to produce leaders and followers that are legally, ethically and morally accepted in society. Leadership does not happen in a vacuum. Neither does leadership happen in isolation. Leadership is a perfect example of the cause-and-eect relationship
